CHAPTER 41 : Cameron Green

“Green-san, do you have a free moment?”

“Toyama-bucho and I are supposed to have some bench time this afternoon, but I’m available until she’s ready,” I reply, following Li to her workstation. We’ve just finished our weekly staff meeting. Across the room, Sugihara and Matsuda retreat to their desks, while Araki catches Misora for a follow-up question. 

I perch on the stool next to Li’s bench. “What’s up?”
