Bento: Side Stories
In the real world, a bento is a Japanese lunch box with perfectly proportioned portions of rice, protein, and veggies artfully arranged in their own little compartments. Here in the Bento section, you'll find lunch- and snack-sized servings of stories from the lives of The Butterfly Koi characters. Both the six main characters ("The Sixpack") and some favorite side characters will be featured. Bento stories are all rated PG-13 or safer, though spicier versions of these may also make their way into the Banchan section. Enjoy!

Banchan: Spicy Side Stories
Much like the banchan side dishes on a Korean dinner table, our Banchan stories are intended to be small, spicy, and satisfying. In some cases, these will be expanded, Mature-rated versions of scenes from The Butterfly Koi canon. In others, they'll be wildly out of continuity, and might even be non-canon character pairings—the fun of a little spice purely for spice's sake.
